Prayer

Prayer is the life-blood of any church.  We are committed to prayer and have a variety of ways you can engage.  

Prayer meetings and times are:

Prayer 365 

This initiative engages families/individuals to pray for an assigned church family on a daily basis. Each month, a new prayer assignment is given.  This ensures that families are praying and being prayed for 365 days of the year!  That's the goal - everyone engaged, everyone praying!

Prayer teams stand ready to pray for specific requests as they are received.  Please fill out our connection card to send us your request!

Mens Ministry

The Summit Church has a dynamic men’s ministry designed to help men connect in transformational relationships and grow to be everything that God designed them to be.  Join us for our monthly gatherings or watch our website for special events throughout the year.

Summit Courses

Summit Courses are a great way to meet new people and invest in your life.  Throughout the year, we host a variety of courses on special topics.  Designed to strengthen and encourage, these courses will challenge and motivate you no matter what life circumstances you are facing. Summit Alpha

Alpha is an opportunity to explore the meaning of life in a relaxed, friendly setting -- no question is too simple or too hostile! This weekly gathering includes a talk and the chance for discussion in a small group setting. If you have just very recently become a follower of Jesus or are curious about Jesus and church, Alpha is for you. If you have been following Jesus for a while, invite a friend, neighbour, or co-worker who is curious about Jesus and attend with them.  Watch our website for an upcoming Summit Alpha.

Baptism

Jesus commanded that believers be baptised. Baptism is a step of obedience in our walk with God. It is also a public declaration of our faith in Jesus Christ and our commitment to make Him the Lord of our lives. Matthew 28:19, Acts 2:41, Acts 8:12, and Acts 10:47–48.

Baptism is the outward expression of an inward decision. If you have accepted Christ, we would love to baptize you and share this special decision with you to go public with your faith!

Several times throughout the year we celebrate baptisms in our regular Sunday Morning service. Your family and friends are welcome to attend!
